Harris ready to kick on after Lions tour

Having represented England's second string, the Lions, during the summer, he was then surprisingly omitted for the tour of Australia which shadowed the Ashes-winning senior side Down Under.
However, that disappointment was tempered when Harris found himself selected for the seven-match trip to the West Indies.
On typically flat Caribbean tracks the Pontarddulais seamer found wickets hard to come by, taking 14 in all.
But the fact he was a regular pick on the tour was testament to some impressive performances with the new ball, while a couple of half centuries with the bat did his case for genuine all-rounder status no harm at all.
"I got a few runs in the West Indies, which was nice, but I'd have liked to take a few more wickets," admitted Harris.
"We played on a lot of flat pitches that were hard to bowl on against some good players, but I was happy with the way I bowled. Now it is a case of looking to kick on."
And the good news for Glamorgan is that Harris is feeling in great shape ahead of what promises to be another demanding county summer.
"I feel fitter and stronger than I've ever been," added a player who has been put through some gruelling conditioning sessions at the ECB's training base in Loughborough.
"It would be nice to get another 60 wickets this year. I said 50 and 500 runs last year, but I got 60 and not enough runs."
Harris will again shoulder the responsibility of leading the Glamorgan attack this season, although the arrival of Graham Wagg and the form of the ever-improving Huw Waters will give him valuable support.
"I feel I have led the bowling attack for the last few years and done a decent job," he added.
"It's a role I really enjoy and one I'd like to get better at. It's something I'd like to do throughout my career."
And taking that next step to full England honours?
"If I get the chance to play for England it would be fantastic, whether that's now or in the future," he said.
"As long as my name is in the window and I'm doing the right things, I'll be happy.
"They are picking from within now. The Lions teams are being picked so that if the England boys do go down with an injury they are going to go with someone from the Lions squad.
"Being in that team and performing is the way to get in the England side and that's definitely my goal.
"If I keep bowling well for Glamorgan and get a few runs then, hopefully, I'll eventually get the call."
